Support for the Doneverse app.

Everything you need to run your Doneverse workspace from your phone. Brief your Doer, manage tasks, message your team, and get coaching, all in one place. Here's how to get set up and get help if you need it.

Getting Started

Set up the app in a few minutes

The Doneverse app is for active Doneverse clients. You'll sign in with the same login you use for your Doneverse account, so there's no separate sign-up inside the app.

Download the app

Get the Doneverse app from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Sign in with your Doneverse account

Use the email and password from your existing Doneverse account. If you haven't set a password yet, use "Forgot password" to create one.

Open your workspace

Once you're in, you'll land on your dashboard with your roadmap, your Doer, messages, tasks, and coaching all in one view.

Using the App

The app brings your whole Doneverse workspace into one place. From your phone you can:

  • Brief your Doer using your Doneverse playbooks
  • Message your Doer directly

  • Share files with your Doer in shared storage
  • Ask AI Coach Grace for guidance and briefing help

Yes. The app is built for existing Doneverse clients and works with your current account. There's no separate registration in the app. If you're not a client yet, you can book a free Growth Plan to get started.

Open the briefing area and choose the relevant Doneverse playbook for the task. The playbook structures what your Doer needs to know so the work gets done the way you want. If you're not sure how to frame a brief, AI Coach Grace can help you put it together before you send it.

Messaging lets you talk to your Doer directly inside the app, so you don't have to dig through email. You'll get a notification when your Doer replies (as long as notifications are enabled in your iPhone settings).

Task management shows your own to-dos and your Doer's tasks in one place, so you both know what's outstanding and what's done. You can create tasks, assign them, and track progress as work moves forward.

You and your Doer share a storage space for briefs, documents, and assets, so the files you both need are in one spot. Upload from your device, and your Doer can access what you share.

AI Coach Grace is an in-app assistant that gives you strategic guidance and helps you brief your Doer. It's there to support your thinking and your briefs. Your Doer still carries out the execution work.

Coaching calls and the founder community are available in the coaching area of the app. There you can join live calls, get feedback from coaches and other founders, and access training materials and the knowledge hub whenever you need them.

The app is included with your Doneverse account at no additional charge. There are no in-app purchases.

Troubleshooting

Fix common issues

Make sure you're using the same email and password as your Doneverse account. A few things to try:

  • Reset your password using "Forgot password"
  • Check the email address is typed correctly, with no extra spaces
  • Confirm your Doneverse account is active

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close the app fully and reopen it
  • Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart your device, then try again

If it keeps happening, let us know your device model and iOS version so we can look into it.

Open your iPhone Settings, go to Notifications, find Doneverse, and make sure notifications are turned on. Also check that notifications are enabled inside the app settings.

Large files can take longer on a weak connection. Try again on Wi-Fi, and make sure the file isn't larger than the app allows. If it still fails, contact support with the file type and size.

Manage your account

Your account details are tied to your Doneverse account. Update your profile and login details in the app settings, or reach out to support for help.

Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Email founders@doneverse.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll process it and confirm when it's done.
